Administrative law

Administrative Law is linked to almost all actions in which the Union, States or Municipalities has the role of plaintiff or defendant. Administrative, political, private and corporate agents, as well as anyone who maintains ties with the State, also find their rights defended by this branch. Among several examples of actions in this area, we can cite those claiming compensation for any damage generated by the State, defense in cases of Administrative Misconduct and before Courts of Account, benefits for civil servants, aid in bidding processes, production of projects for agreements, etc.
